ROCKBRIDGE
VILLAGE

neighborhood

Rockbridge is a family-friendly neighborhood in Forest Acres with homes on large lots nestled among towering pines, lakes, creeks and rolling hills

Just off busy Trenholm Road you’ll find the hilly terrain, offering something of a mountain neighborhood feel despite being less than 7 miles from downtown Columbia. Some of the homes sit on waterfront lots with access to Spring Lake, one of the many lakes that dot the area. The neighborhood’s quiet feel and its location, in the small city of Forest Acres, feels removed from the city but offers quick and easy access to some of the area’s top shopping and dining options.

One of the neighborhood’s jewels is the Rockbridge Club, a private tennis and swim club that is popular with area families. There are five clay and five hard tennis courts, with a large pool open from May to September. The clubhouse overlooks peaceful Spring Lake, and can be rented by the public for parties, weddings or other events.

Just next to the tennis and swim club you’ll find Rockbridge Village, a small gated community that features new craftsman-style homes along with a community boat launch and boardwalk to Spring Lake. Some lots are still available for development in the community just off Trenholm Road.
