Terri Irvin, a longtime Columbia resident, has joined The Moore Company after having spent a decade building strong relationships within the capital city’s high-end housing market.
From Lake Forest to Heathwood and beyond, Terri and the rest of her colleagues know what it takes to market upscale homes. Her reputation as a trusted adviser and friend have helped propel her successful real estate business.
Terri’s sales career began during the advent of cell phones, and it didn’t take her long to reach the top of her field. But as that industry changed so did Terri whose husband Warren, a real estate developer, encouraged her to pursue home sales. The result? One of Columbia’s best REALTORS®.
Terri quickly became one of the top producers in the market and made her way up the ladder at Columbia’s largest franchised real estate firm. After spending ten years there, Terri decided to try something new that she thinks will help her clients even more. The boutique, creative experience offered to clients by The Moore Company is something Terri feels will add value for her clients.
Terri and Warren are members of Eastminster Presbyterian Church and have two teenaged children, Maggie and Warren, who attend Hammond School.
When she’s not helping clients buy and sell real estate, you can probably find Terri on the tennis court where she’s likely smashing that forehand straight down the line!
