Graeme Moore is a licensed REALTOR® and owner of The Moore Company on Devine Street in Columbia, S.C.
Graeme (pronounced “gram”) was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina in 1984, the same year his dad Marion opened The (original) Moore Company. Years later, his dad merged with a national franchise, and the company still exists today as CENTURY 21 The Moore Group. Graeme swore that he would never return home to work with his dad, and for about seven years after college, he held true to that promise while working as a reporter in television news.
But in late 2013, Graeme signed off for the last time and signed on with his dad’s company. In 2014, Graeme was named associate of the year based on sales volume, and he was leading the company in sales in 2015 before starting his new company in Columbia.
Since that time, The Moore Company has grown to become Columbia’s leading locally-owned real estate firm. Over the past year, Graeme has become the top-producing agent in and around downtown Columbia. His customer base spans everyone from first-time home buyers and sellers to the more seasoned, high-end clients. He’s the exclusive listing agent for TownPark at BullStreet, the first residential phase of the major, urban redevelopment project underway at the BullStreet District downtown.
Graeme is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in broadcast journalism. In addition to helping people buy and sell homes, he also buys, renovates and sells homes around Columbia’s downtown neighborhoods.
Outside of work, Graeme plays tennis and tries to spend lots of time with friends and family. He serves as a board member for Palmetto Health Foundation, a non-profit agency committed to enhancing healthcare in our community. He’s also the treasurer of the Devine Street Association, a merchant organization that promotes and protects business along the popular Columbia thoroughfare.
